OVERVIEW

A Story of "Tranquility" and "Gourmet Food" in the Hidden Gem of Tokyo

Chapter One: An Escape to a National Park About an hour and a half's train ride away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.

You disembark at Lake Shiromaru, nestled in the deep green of Chichibu-Tama-Kai National Park.

There, an overwhelming stillness and emerald-green water await, far removed from the noise of the city.

Chapter Two:

Zen on the Water You board your kayak and glide out onto the lake.

The secret taught by the veteran guide is simple:

"Keep your eyes fixed on where you want to go."

Don't get caught up in the paddling; simply lift your head and gaze at your destination.

And strangely enough, the kayak begins to move forward without hesitation.

It's like a moment of "Zen on the Water," where you cast aside the doubts of life and sharpen your intuition.

On the lake, where only the sounds of the wind and birdsong can be heard, you will surrender to the comforting feeling of simply "floating on the water," and feel your mind and body being reset.

Chapter Three: Forest Gastronomy After a refreshing workout, head to the terrace overlooking the lake. There, you'll find a special lunch of "unprecedented quality," carefully prepared by local women using locally grown vegetables.

Savor the warm yet refined "authentic flavors," unlike those of a lavish restaurant, while immersing yourself in a relaxed "forest time."

This is not just an activity; it's a retreat story for adults, designed to nourish you for tomorrow.

Escape the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and head to the secluded Shiromaru Lake in Okutama.

Kayaking across the emerald green lake is truly "Zen on the water." It's a mindful experience that sharpens your intuition amidst the tranquility of a national park.

After the activity, enjoy a special lunch of "beyond imagination" quality, featuring an abundance of local vegetables, on a terrace with breathtaking views.

We invite you to a supreme wellness retreat where you'll be filled with the beauty of nature and local gastronomy.

"Keep your eyes fixed on where you want to go." Mindful paddling to sharpen your intuition.
A veteran guide with over 30 years of kayaking experience teaches more than just sporting techniques. Through the simple principle of "Look where you want to go," you'll cultivate an intuitive sense of controlling your kayak. The process of moving towards your destination without swaying from side to side is like a metaphor for life itself, allowing even beginners to experience a sense of oneness with nature (flow) without fear.
