AT Business Manager

A multi-talented athlete with diverse achievements including runner-up in the All Japan Karate Championships, surfing championship, and Amazon expedition. He holds international qualifications such as WEA/COL, Wilderness First Aid, and LNT Level 2 (one of only 40 in Japan). He is also a leader in inquiry-based nature experience learning, attracting 15,000 people annually to the mountainous areas of Tokyo, and a professional video producer.

Natsuki Murano

Natsuki Murano

AT Guide Training Officer

He served as captain of the soccer team in both junior and senior high school. He holds WEA/COL, Wilderness First Aid, and LNT Level 2 certifications and is fluent in English (IELTS 5.0). As a board member of Tokyo Yamagawa DMC Co., Ltd., he works as an adventure travel guide, guide trainer, and instructor for inquiry-based nature experience learning.

Emiko Sato

Emiko Satou

AT Through Guide

She has a diverse background, including 20 years of calligraphy practice, hula training in Hawaii every summer, regional industry research in architecture, and 5 years at a trading company (achieving 85 million yen in sales). She holds WEA/COL, Wilderness First Aid, and LNT Level 2 certifications. A designer of experiential value, she has cross-cultural experience, having conducted a calligraphy workshop in Montenegro during her junior high school years.

A "master of detours," he possesses a unique background: a Master of Science in plant systematics and taxonomy, 18 years as an Environment Ministry ranger, and 8 years as an NHK program advisor. He founded the Akigawa River Cleanup, providing inquiry-based nature experience learning based on the local geostory to urban families.

Yoshikatsu Nishikawa

He has a unique background: a graduate of the University of Tsukuba's Earth Sciences department, opened a chiropractic clinic (monthly revenue of 6.5 million yen), completed Shugendo training at Daigoji Temple in Kyoto, and then worked in agriculture. He holds numerous qualifications, including GSTC, Wilderness First Aid, and Judo Therapist. Believing in "100% altruism and a sincere heart," he teaches children about food and nature in rice paddies and fields.

Kouki Yamashita

After working in quality control at Shiseido, she transitioned to a regional revitalization team in Kawanehoncho. Over three years, she guided more than 1,000 people and recovered a total of approximately 190 kg of plogging. Holding WAFA (Advanced Wilderness First Aid), LNT (Landing Telekinesis), and JOA (Japan Orientation Authority) certifications, she is a field professional who also handles trail maintenance and rescue measures as a director of the Southern Alps Club.

A seasoned athlete with experience in heli-boarding in New Zealand and backcountry skiing in Hakkoda. A 18-year GPS technology expert at Garmin Japan. Holds WEA/COL, LNTJ, camp therapist, and avalanche safety certifications. Believes "Good fortune comes to those who play," and has founded a camping equipment import business.

AT Guide

The team's international liaison, possessing English proficiency equivalent to Eiken Pre-1st Grade and a TOEIC score of 875. They have a diverse career in artist management, large-scale event planning and management, English education, and translation. Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop, they act as a coordinator, handling everything from overseas guest communication to program management and public relations production.

Based in a traditional Japanese house in Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, they develop and offer nature experience programs that focus on the "process from production to consumption," including hunting, gathering, and cooking. As an artist who views photography as a "third eye," their mission is to continue conveying the charm of nature to future generations, with the motto "Life with Earth."

AT Guide

After studying in Ireland, working for a European travel company for five years, and being stationed in Finland, I moved to Izu Oshima in 2020. I am a certified Izu Oshima Geopark Geoguide, a JCTA Cycling Tour Guide, and hold an LNT Level 1 certification. While running the guesthouse "Stay Do," I offer island adventure experiences that combine volcanoes, topography, and bird watching.
