【PERSONAL STORY】Personal Story
───────────────────────────────────────── Raised by his grandfather, the chairman of the hunting association, Morioka's origins lie in his days observing aquatic insects and fish by the Akigawa River. Nature was not a school, but a living classroom.
That feeling remains unchanged, continuing in various forms such as biodiversity education for children and river clean-up activities in the Akigawa Valley.

He practiced karate for 17 years from the age of 7, experiencing the All Japan Championships.
He served as captain for two years at a strong school, learning firsthand the difficulties and joys of leading a team.
This mentality is directly linked to the judgment and sense of responsibility required when safely guiding participants in the field.

After becoming independent as a working professional, he launched a video production business (TtFilms) during the COVID-19 pandemic, and has been responsible for filming and distribution for the Ministry of the Environment, the Japan Tourism Agency, and major corporations.

His perspective of "communicating the value of nature through documentation" is a distinctive added value as an adventure travel guide.

─────────────────────────────────────────
"During our fishing expedition to the depths of the Amazon River, we learned the importance of adapting to unknown environments and the essence of overcoming extreme situations as a team.
It is because of this experience that we can create an environment where participants can 'confidently take on challenges' in fields they are venturing into for the first time."
──────────────────────────────────────────
【ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT】Environmental Initiatives

• Fostering next-generation field manners through year-round classes at Tokyo Metropolitan High School Outdoor Courses

* The conviction that mountains, rivers, and the sea are connected underlies all our activities. Participants will naturally experience the meaning of Leave No Trace through their journey.

【VALUES】Values and Beliefs
