【PERSONAL STORY】Personal Story
─────────────────────────────────────────
During six years as an English language instructor, I worked with approximately 80 students ranging in age from 3 to 18.
I learned firsthand the importance and difficulty of "respecting the individuality of each student and creating an environment where everyone can grow equally."

Afterward, I moved on to managing photographers and musicians, running large-scale auditions, starting a cold-pressed juice business, and even translating for the space industry—behind seemingly disparate career paths,
the same question has always been at play.

"How can we ensure that everyone involved can perform at their best?"

─────────────────────────────────────────
"Sharing our vision and realizing it, creating results that exceed expectations as a team.
I want to continue doing work that contributes to the planet and to people."

──────────────────────────────────────────

In the field of adventure travel,
I believe my role is to support guides in the field so that they can fully engage with guests,
by supporting all aspects of program design, English language support, and operational management.

【VISION & MISSION】
─────────────────────────────────────────
Vision
To deliver high-quality experiential content that contributes to the planet and to people.
To create a space where everyone involved can perform at their best in nature.

Mission
To give shape to the team's vision and realize experiences that exceed guest expectations.
They function as a trusted coordinator, connecting domestic and international guests with guides.
