【PERSONAL STORY】 Personal Story
─────────────────────────────────────────
When I was captain of the high school soccer team, my strong sense of justice led me to be too strict with my younger teammates, causing several to leave the team.
That experience taught me the dangers of imposing my own values on others and the realization that a team is formed by diverse personalities.
After graduating from high school, I decided to spend a year studying for the entrance exams to Waseda University.
I put away my smartphone and maintained a strict schedule of 18 hours of studying and 6 hours of sleep per day, constantly confronting myself.
The result was failure. It was the biggest failure of my life, but in that solitude, I re-examined "what I could do for society" and began volunteer work.

─────────────────────────────────────────
"I am who I am today because I have met many different people and cherished those connections.
The most enjoyable thing for me right now is seeing the children I met through inquiry-based nature learning
grow rapidly and smile.
I am very happy to be involved in this work that creates dreams."
